GENERALHow quickly is a companion assigned after booking?
Advance bookings (12+ hrs) are matched as soon as confirmed. Same-day/urgent bookings are assigned as quickly as possible, subject to availability — name, photo and number shared via SMS/WhatsApp.
GENERALCan I book for parents from abroad (NRI)?
Yes — many NRI bookings from the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Gulf. 55% advance online via Cashfree or PayU, balance after the visit; live WhatsApp updates and a call/video line to the companion throughout.
LEGALIs Corelatin liable if my family member's health worsens?
No — strictly non-medical companionship and logistics. We are not a healthcare provider; medical outcomes, hospital negligence and clinical decisions are outside our scope.
LEGALCan a companion administer medication or injections?
Absolutely not — administering medication, IV lines, catheters or any invasive procedure is strictly prohibited and outside the companion's scope.
LEGALWhat happens in a medical emergency during the visit?
Companions alert the nearest nurse/doctor, call 108/102 if outside a hospital, and notify your emergency contact. They carry a printed emergency protocol card.
LEGALCan a companion sign consent forms for the patient?
No — companions cannot sign consent forms or discharge documents. Legal authority rests with the patient or their legal guardian/next of kin.
LEGALWhat is the data protection & privacy policy?
Patient data is stored with access controls and encryption, compliant with DPDPA 2023 and IT (SPDI) Rules 2011. Data is never sold; companions sign NDAs.
BOOKINGWhat payment methods are accepted?
A minimum 55% advance online via Cashfree or PayU (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets — full payment also possible). The balance is paid after the visit in cash to the companion or UPI to the company QR.
BOOKINGWhat is the cancellation and refund policy?
Full refund of the online amount if cancelled before a companion is assigned (gateway charge retained). After assignment/no-show the service minimum is retained. If we cancel, everything including the gateway charge is refunded.
BOOKINGCan I request the same companion again?
Yes — mention their name in Special Notes during booking and we'll prioritize assigning them, subject to availability.
SAFETYHow are companions verified?
Five checks: Aadhaar identity verification, background check, reference validation, in-person interview, and empathy + hospital-protocol training. Verified companions carry a badge.
SAFETYIs it safe to share patient details with a companion?
Yes — all companions sign NDAs covering patient identity, medical history and family information. Sharing with third parties is a termination offense.
SAFETYWhat if I am unhappy with the companion assigned?
Call or WhatsApp us immediately and we will arrange a replacement. Unprofessional companions are suspended pending investigation.
