No. Corelatin companions are trained non-medical support persons. Their role is limited to patient logistics, queue management, billing assistance, emotional support, and basic mobility help. They do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or perform any clinical procedure. All medical decisions remain with the hospital's licensed doctors and nurses.

For advance bookings (12+ hours before appointment), a companion is assigned as soon as possible after confirmation. For same-day or urgent bookings, we do our best to assign quickly, subject to companion availability. You'll receive the companion's name, photo, and contact number via SMS/WhatsApp once assigned.
Yes. We handle many NRI bookings from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Gulf countries. You can book entirely online, pay via UPI or international wire transfer, and our companion will send you live updates via WhatsApp during the entire visit. You can also call/video call your companion at any point during the assignment.
Our Delhi companions are fluent in Hindi and English. When booking, you can mention a language preference in the Notes field and we will do our best to match you with a compatible companion.
No. Corelatin provides strictly non-medical companionship and logistical support. We are not a healthcare provider, nursing agency, or medical institution. Our service does not constitute medical care. Any deterioration in a patient's health arising from their underlying medical condition, hospital negligence, or clinical decisions is outside our scope. Corelatin expressly disclaims all liability for medical outcomes. By booking, users acknowledge and accept these limitations in full.
Absolutely not. Administering medication, changing IV lines, handling catheters, dressing wounds, or performing any sterile/invasive procedure is strictly prohibited and outside the companion's scope of work. If a companion is asked to perform such tasks, they are trained to immediately refer to hospital nursing staff. Any such request by a user constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service.
In a medical emergency, our companion is trained to: (1) Immediately alert the nearest hospital nurse or doctor, (2) Call emergency services (108/102) if outside a hospital, (3) Notify the emergency contact provided during booking. Companions carry a printed emergency protocol card and are trained in basic first-aid awareness. They do not make clinical decisions or replace emergency responders.
No. Companions are not authorized to sign any medical consent forms, surgery authorization documents, or discharge summaries on behalf of the patient or family. Legal and medical authority rests solely with the patient or their legal guardian/next of kin. We strongly recommend designating a family member with Power of Attorney for medical decisions if the patient is alone.
All patient data (name, age, hospital, medical notes) is stored in encrypted, access-controlled databases. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and DISHA guidelines. Your data is never sold to third parties. Companions sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before joining. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
We accept Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm (UPI), Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking (all major Indian banks), and Cash After Service. For NRI bookings, we also accept international bank transfers. No hidden charges — the price shown is the final price.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment — full refund within 5–7 business days. Cancellations within 12–24 hours: 50% refund. Same-day cancellations (within 12 hours): no refund, as the companion's time has been blocked. Yes. If you had a positive experience with a companion, mention their name in the "Special Notes" field during booking and we will prioritize assigning the same companion, subject to their availability. Building continuity of care is important to us.
Every companion goes through a thorough process: (1) Aadhaar-based identity verification, (2) Police background check (character certificate), (3) Reference checks from previous employers, (4) In-person interview and practical assessment, (5) Training on patient etiquette, emergency protocols, and confidentiality. Verified companions show a Verified badge on their profile.
Yes. All companions sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering patient identity, medical history, and family information. Sharing patient information with any third party is a termination offense. Companions are also restricted from taking photographs inside the hospital or of the patient without explicit consent. You can share the companion's details with your family for added safety.
Your comfort is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with the assigned companion for any reason, call us immediately at +91-7398405299 or WhatsApp us and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Companions found to be unprofessional, rude, or in breach of our conduct policy are immediately suspended pending investigation.
